Accessibility statement

Support for changing your relationship with alcohol should not depend on how you see, hear, move, or process information. This site is built to meet or exceed WCAG 2.2 AA.

What is built in

  • Full keyboard operability, with visible focus indicators throughout, including the entire assessment flow.
  • Semantic HTML with correct headings, landmarks, labels, and status messages for screen readers.
  • Light and dark themes, honouring your system preference and switchable at any time from the header.
  • A text-size control in the header, with layouts that reflow rather than clip when text grows.
  • Reduced-motion support: when your system asks for less motion, animations are switched off.
  • Colour contrast meeting WCAG 2.2 AA, with a calm palette that avoids harsh alarm colours for routine states.
  • Forms with clear labels, gentle inline validation, and error messages tied to their fields; your answers are never wiped by a mistake.
  • No time limits on the assessment. Progress autosaves, and you can resume on any device.

Known limitations

Documents you upload (such as ID photos) are reviewed by people, and any accessibility issues in third-party content we link to are outside our direct control. We choose partners with accessibility in mind.
